Innovation Collaborative

Charge

The Innovation Collaborative was convened in 2020 by the Office of Graduate Medical Education to foster collaboration and develop a culture of innovation across clinical education. The collaborative will be a community of practice that will facilitate learning about innovation, making connections, forming partnerships and pursuing the development of innovative activities for clinical education.

Overarching Goals

Members will:

Develop new knowledge about innovation and educational innovation
Make connections with a variety of innovators
Share lessons learned, new paradigms discovered and insights from both successes and failures
Find new collaborators across professions and disciplines
Contribute to the development of a culture of educational innovation

Membership

Membership includes highly innovative program directors, faculty, fellows, and residents who are project leads or team members that submitted an innovation project for GME Innovation Funds. Open to all, across all disciplines and specialties, including interprofessional colleagues.
