How to Apply

Emergency Medical Services Fellowship Application Requirements

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and due two weeks prior to interview dates.

Interview dates:

  • Sept. 5, 2024 (virtual or in person options)
  • Oct. 3, 2024 (virtual or in person options)

Your application must include:

  • Cover letter indicating:
    • Your interest in pursuing an EMS Fellowship
    • Any additional relevant information regarding your EM residency-related EMS experience and other past EMS experiences
    • What career goals you hope to accomplish with an EMS Fellowship
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Letter from the program director of your ACGME – accredited residency in Emergency Medicine indicating program completion or good standing in progress toward completion.
  • Three letters of recommendation from residency faculty, with at least one from a practicing EMS physician.

This fellowship only accepts graduates of an ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine Residency.

International candidates are welcome to apply; however, this program does not sponsor visas.
