How to Apply

Our Pediatric Pulmonary Fellowship Training Program accepts one new trainee each year. Applicants must have an MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, and must be board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. We accept applications through ERAS.

To apply, submit the following through ERAS:

  • My ERAS application
  • Three letters of recommendation (one from residency director)
  • Personal Statement 
  • Medical school transcript
  • Wallet-size color photography
  • USMLE transcript (transmitted by the NBME)
  • COMPLEX transcript (transmitted by teh NBOME for DO applicants)
  • ECFMG status report (for international medical graduates only)
