Applicants are required to have completed the USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3. Additionally, the applicant must have completed an ACGME accredited radiolgy residency in the United States and be eligible to obtain a permanent State of Iowa Medical License.  To find out if you qualify for a State of Iowa Medical License, please visit the Iowa Board of Medicine's website.
