I love the culture of compassion and friendliness here. Strong training program with approachable faculty was very important for me. With virtual interviews I had difficulty assessing this, but I was familiar with the culture of this city and I saw the authenticity shine through. Also, there's good food and diversity here, despite it being a small city in the midwest.
