How to Apply

Only Central Application Service (CAS) applications will be accepted.

Your application is considered to be complete when it contains all the required information listed on the CAS application profile, the CAS application, a current CV and a current photograph. Your application must meet the posted deadline to be considered.

The application period for both the Surgical and Medical Retina Fellowships begins through the Central Application Service of the SF Match on July 1, 2018. For your application to be considered, we must receive it by our deadline of Aug. 15, 2019. Please be sure to allow enough time to ensure our receipt of your application materials on time.

Orientation for new fellows begins July 1, so you must be available for that start date and be licensed in Iowa by June 30.
