I chose Iowa due to the overwhelming warm feeling I had gleamed from the interview.  Everyone I spoke with in pathology or other areas of medicine were all extremely positive.

What are your professional interests?
I am interested in surgical pathology and will be working for the Veteran Affairs after training.  

What are your research interests?
My current research interests are renal cell carcinoma arising in a cyst dependent and independent pathway. 

In my free time I enjoy baking cookies, cakes, etc, watching football and staying active with jogging and hiking outside.  Every day I must listen to good music.
