UIHC has a solid and famous pathology program with high case volume which will be good for my training. Additionally, the school system in Iowa is among the best system in the country and Iowa is a family-friendly state. This would be the best place for my family.

What are your professional interests?
I am interested in neuropathology, molecular pathology, and surgical pathology focusing on thyroid cancer. I want to pursue them for my fellowship and work as a pathologist in an academic institution.

What are your research interests?
My research interests are neuropathology, head and neck cancer, and thyroid tumors. I also love bioinformatics and molecular pathology and would like to expand my research into those fields.

For my free time, I would like to bring my son to the parks or areas with playgrounds.
