Stead Family Department of Pediatrics' DEI Committee started a discussion club in November 2021 focused on media that prompts conversations surrounding sometimes difficult realities within health care and life in general. The group selects new media to consume and discuss monthly. Membership is open to any interested staff, provider, trainee, or medical student in the Stead Family Department of Pediatrics.
