Information for Applicants

Applications are only accepted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS).

** Please note:  Our program WILL NOT be participating in the Match for the upcoming season.** (updated 10/14/24)

Applicants are judged on academic record, professional background, personal qualities, recommendations, and interviews.

Eligibility for Fellowship

Prerequisites: Medical Degree, Completion of OB/GYN Residency, anticipated

Application Requirements

Application via the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) including:

• Three letters of recommendation
  • One letter from the Residency Program Director
  • Two other letters from people of the candidate's choosing
• Dean’s letter (MSPE)
• Medical school transcript
• Personal statement
• Photograph
• USMLE/COMLEX scores

We would also like CREOG scores.  These can be emailed to Katie Dasse, fellowship coordinator.
