Eligibility Criteria:

Admission to the fellowship program requires completion of an ACGME-accredited neurology or child neurology residency program.

Application requirements:

• Completion of the General and Required Supplement Form sections on SF Match
• USMLE Scores transcripts
• Three letters of recommendation (one of which is from your residency program director)
• A current CV
• A personal statement

​Our program sponsors both J-1 and H-1B Visas.

We require applications be submitted to The San Francisco Match. Please refer to the match site for match cycles.
